expansive groundsinteresting plantsfresh juice bar
The grounds are expansive. They have interesting plants. My room included a large balcony. It had great views. Breakfast offered many choices at a high standard. I especially liked the fresh juice bar.

The staff were really friendly and helpful! I had two amazing breakfasts outside. dinner one evening. The menu had lots of options. The gardens looked GREAT, and I almost had the smaller pool all to myself. I also liked that i was allowed to check in early, they did an EXCELLENT job.
The gym was a little small. Only one running machine was available and a guest used it for an hour.

Staff members were attentive and helpful. They provided prompt assistance, answering questions and fulfilling requests, I noticed they offered water bottles and towels at the tennis court too.

The area provides a peace all around. The hotel's proximity to various embassies offers a sense of security, Constantia wineries, excellent shopping options, and botanical gardens are nearby.

The suite featured a terrace with camellia views. Turndown service included hot water bottles, the suite was spacious, beautifully appointed, and super clean. I had good sleeping quality.

The hotel features two swimming pools, beautifully kept gardens, and well kept grounds, Mimosa drink was good and there is also a spa. I recommend it.

A stay with minor issues

The gardens were Fine and perfect for a relaxed walk. The landscaping really fit the environment. The mini bar was complimentary and well stocked.
I found the gym equipment INADEQUATE for a hotel of this standard. There was also water leaking onto the floor. The suite suffered from noise from the exhaust fan from the restaurant.

dusty furnitureslow service
I was a little disappointed. the room was a bit stuffy, and i noticed some dust on the furniture. It wasn't as clean as i expected. also, i asked for an extra pillow, but it took a while for it to arrive, it was like they were understaffed. these small issues detracted from the overall experience, i think better attention to detail is necessary. i hope they improve these areas .
